• International: 5–12 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Perfect Tone Essential is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

Return Eligibility

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition.

• Packaging should be intact.

• Proof of purchase is required.
